Eric
V. Sullivan, L.S. -- President
Mr. Sullivan
has fifteen years of experience in land surveying with expertise
involving boundary and topographic surveys, ALTA/ASCM surveys,
plats, construction staking and aerial photogrammetry control.
He is a graduate of Virginia Tech and a Licensed Surveyor
in Virginia since 2001 and serves as Secretary/Treasurer of
the Rappahannock Chapter of the Virginia
Association of Surveyors.

Noland
C. Donahoe -- Secretary
Mr. Donahoe
has fifteen years of experience in preparing site plans for
residential and commercial development projects. His expertise
involves site grading and utilities, drainage design, overall
lot grading and residential best-management practice plans.
Noland is a Virginia Tech graduate with a degree in Architecture
and a member of the Fredericksburg
Area Builders Association.

Michael
E. "Zeke" Moore, P.E. -- Treasurer
Mr. Moore
has been involved in civil engineering and land planning design
for the past twenty years and has demonstrated expertise in
subdivision design, grading, storm drainage, stormwater management,
LID (low-impact development), Integrated Management Practice
design, flood and drainage studies, Chesapeake Bay requirements,
and water line and sewer line design. He is a graduate from
the Virginia Military Institute and a licensed Professional
Engineer in Virginia. Zeke is also an active participant in
the local environmental best practices programs, Friends
of the Rappahannock, Kiwanis
Club and Boy
Scout Troop 835 in Spotsylvania.

Richard
H. Furnival, P.E. -- Sr. Design Engineer / CADD Director
Mr. Furnival
has over twenty years of experience in the civil engineering
profession and has been heavily involved in the evolution
of computer aided drafting and design (CADD). Rick's expertise
includes design of commercial, residential, and industrial
developments, water line design, sewer design, storm drainage
design, and roadway design. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech
and a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia. Rick is
very involved in the community serving as a former school
board representative for Culpeper
County Public Schools and past President of Culpeper Young
Farmers, as well as being very active in his church. Rick
has also served as a contributing editor to "Windows
Magazine."

Founding Partners of
SDI
The founding
partners of SDI have watched their firm grow from its humble beginnings
into one of the most respected and productive engineering and surveying
firms in the Fredericksburg area. While enjoying the fruits of their
labor and being semi-retired, the four founding partners of SDI
are still very much active in the activities of SDI. With a combined
wealth of experience totaling more than 165 years, they provide
immeasurable guidance, counseling and advice to the entire staff
and managing partners. Diligence to our clients, honesty and respect
-- the cornerstone of SDI -- are still practiced today.
Edison
L. Sullivan, L.S.
Mr. Sullivan has fifty years of experience in land surveying and
project management. His expertise includes courthouse record room
research, boundary surveys, easement surveys, topographic surveys,
and construction staking.
Ernest
N. Donahoe, Jr., P.E.
Mr. Donahoe has forty-seven years of experience in civil engineering,
land planning design and project management. His expertise includes
planning, design and construction management of land development
and municipal projects. His specialties include design of water
lines, sanitary sewer lines, pumping stations, and project management.
Larry
Ingalls, P.E.
Mr. Ingalls has over forty years experience in a broad range of
engineering projects. His civil engineering expertise includes site
planning and design, and construction management from preliminary
plans through construction.
Thomas
Y. Welsh, P.E.
Mr. Welsh has over thirty-five years experience in civil engineering
and land planning design. His expertise includes land planning,
subdivision design, roadway design, storm drainage, water and sanitary
sewer line design, stormwater management, commercial site plans
and construction management.
